Our Training Philosophy

We believe that we are all a “work in progress" striving to understand diversity and inclusion and to do the right thing. Our training philosophy encompasses this viewpoint and permeates all our work in diversity and inclusion. Thus, our approach is non-defensive, non-blaming, caring, challenging, and provocative.

 

We also believe that engagement of clients using interactive, hands-on, tactile, and affect strategies is the best way to maximize the learning process given the challenging dynamics of diversity and inclusion. This is done by employing the strategies listed below. We are committed to sharing practical approaches to addressing issues of diversity and inclusion.
