We promote and practice Inclusive Excellence (I.E.) which focuses on systemic, cultural, and structural transformation of an organization into one that systemically promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.

An Inclusive Excellence organization disperses responsibility and accountability for diversity and inclusion across all units. Every member of the institution is expected to promote, and is held accountable for promoting, Inclusive Excellence.

The practice of Inclusive Excellence includes and engages all manifestations of individual and group diversity, including race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, nationality, religion, age, and many other dimensions of social differences.

Under an Inclusive Excellence model, diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded into every subsystem of the larger institution with the visionary goal of creating a university or college that works synchonistically to yield outcomes related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
